Following on from the last blog post, I am delighted to share that the first Yoga course will be offered in Exeter starting this June.  Tailored specifically to accommodate those who may be new to Yoga or with little experience, and would like to explore in a small group setting.  Read on for further details...

The six week introductory course will guide you through different aspects of Yoga including postures (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama), and philosophy, with the overall aim being to aid focus, calm, and inner harmony. You may also notice the beneficial side-effect of improved flexibility!   You will be provided with a simple set of routines which you can continue to practice at home.

This course is for anyone who is completely new to Yoga, those with a little previous experience who would like to learn more, or who may have had a break from Yoga and would like to start practice again. The group size is kept small at a maximum of 6 - 8 participant...

We are delighted to invite you to join us for a day of herbal remedy making at a beautiful location on the edge of Dartmoor.  We will explore herbs growing on the farm, discovering how to identify and harvest them, and learning about their medicinal benefits and uses.

You will be guided in making remedies from herbs harvested in the field.  Remedies will include infused oils, ointments, creams, and syrups.  Samples of everything we make will be given to take home, and the remainder of the remedies we make will be given to the herbal medicine chest for use by refugees living in the Calais Jungle.
