About the immersion
​​
This nervous system mastery immersion, will take you on a journey over 12 weeks. It is for those ready to deepen their connection with themselves and nature.

Gathering online every other week in a grounded, intentional space, guided by the wisdom of plants, ancient Yoga practices, and the healing rhythms and teachings of your body and the wider nature.
We explore three themes – woven together with foundational knowledge of your nervous system. Tune-in to listen deeply to your body, supported with plant teachings, yoga / meditation practices, and self-reflection.
All designed to recalibrate your nervous system, cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself, and clear the channels for a stronger bond with and deeper trust in your higher self and inner wisdom.
Self-awareness and connection, allows you to embody smoother navigation in all arenas of your life (love, health, career, relationships, passions), even when it gets messy, tuning in to joy and radiating your vibrancy!
You’ll receive group chat support between sessions to integrate what you’re learning in real time. Reflections, insights, and questions will be shared and are welcomed in this space. This will be your communication channel throughout the immersion, to connect, share your insights, and ask your questions.

What this looks like in real life?
​
Someone says something you don't like (your partner, family member, or work colleague for example), you feel a stress response growing inside you, maybe anger rises, you nearly say something in a reaction, which might lead to an argument.
​​
You know deep down there is a gap between this scenario of reacting and your 'ideal scenario'.
​​
True self love allows you to pause so that you can respond closer to how you would ideally love to (and to give yourself grace when you don't!).
​​​
Imagine: instead of reacting immediately with anger, you are able to introduce a pause.
​​
You take that pause to observe how you feel in the body, bring in tools and techniques you know will recalibrate your nervous system back from that reactive stressed state.

You then respond from your grounded centre, with clarity (even if there are still strong feelings involved).
​​​
The result: you feel empowered and clear about how you navigate life, your relationships improve, and your health also improves because you know how to come back from a place of stress response (and how to channel its energy when needed).

Guided by plant allies, ancient wisdom, and your own body’s teachings, you deepen your connection to self, to soul, and to life in all its divinity.
You become aware of the relationship between you and wider nature, the intricate eco-system you are a part of, and how this exchange can also influence your nervous system, mood, and energy.

About Your Course Host
I am Helen of HB Healthy, the purpose of which is to empower healthy vibrant living.
I grew up with a strong connection to nature, and recognised the healing benefits this connection gifted me (and continues to). This remains the foundation of what I share.
It is no wonder then that I went on to study herbal medicine and other natural therapies.
I worked as a medical herbalist for 10+ years in clinics in the UK. During this time, I observed a disconnect that many people had between themselves and their health (including in myself!), often feeling disempowered or overrun by health issues, life and its circumstances.
​
It became my passion to empower people with knowledge and skills, which can be transformed into personal wisdom, to improve their own health and wellbeing (rather than just ‘prescribing’ herbal medicines).
As a result of this I began teaching herbal medicine courses and workshops.
​
Since 2016 I have taught herbal medicine in a variety of settings, including on degree-level herbal courses, for charities, community centres, on organic farms, retreat venues, and online courses.
​​
I love sharing herbal wisdom and nature connection with people. I love witnessing the sense of awe and wonder this creates as people realise what they are part of, this incredible nature!
​
Since 2005 I have had a committed Yoga practice, which has been positively life changing in ways beyond words. In 2017 I began teaching Yoga, and have since studied further courses in Yoga philosophy and psychology, and Yoga therapy.
My offerings artfully weave together the ancient wisdom of plants, Yoga practices, and science, into group immersions and 1:1 holistic health embodiment programmes. I also host transformational Yoga retreats around the world, and write passionately about insights into health, humanity, and spirituality.

In a non-dogmatic manner, Yoga provides a simple invitation to foster connection with your inner nature, and through this to connect with the wider nature, with plant wisdom as a guide along the way.
​
This is what I call soul medicine.
You can attend this immersion from anywhere in the world
(if you cannot make the live sessions you can catch up with the recordings).

Although I love to see you at the lives, many past participants have completed entire courses on catch up, so it's completely fine if you need to do that too.
