Therapies & Yoga

A 1:1 therapy session can be a great way to reconnect with your own health needs, take time out to relax, and help you to find the space and focus to re-discover balance.

Our face-to-face appointment in Exeter are currently on hold. Appointments will be available at certain times of the year (next dates to be announced). Workshops and Courses


Workshops and courses enable you to deepen your knowledge of self-care, in practical ways which you can take away and integrate into your day-to-day life.  Plus the added benefit of learning in a group setting means that you share the experience with others, become part of a beautiful community, and maybe make new friends.

We are have a new series of courses: 'Yoga & Herbs for Healthy Peaceful Living'.
