Therapeutic Yoga

A 1:1 Yoga session can be a great way to reconnect with your body in a positive way, and to cultivate awareness between body, mind, and the present moment.

Yoga sessions give you time out to reset, reflect, and release tensions you no longer need to hold, helping you to re-discover a state of healthy balance.

Yoga is an excellent way to reconnect with yourself, and to deeply listen to what you need.

We provide 1:1 Yoga, and Yoga therapy (in person or online), and specialise in Restorative Yoga Workshops.
