Therapies & Yoga

A 1:1 therapy session can be a great way to reconnect with your body in a positive way, noticing how you really are, taking time out to relax, reset, and release tensions you no longer need to hold, helping you to re-discover a state balanced of health.

Yoga is an excellent way to reconnect with yourself, your essence, to deeply listen to what you are and need.


We provide 1:1 Yoga, and Yoga therapy (in person or online), and specialise in Restorative Yoga Workshops.



Workshops and Courses


Our workshops and courses are unique: combining knowledge enriched with over 15 years of lived experience and personal practice of Yoga, and clinical experience in herbal medicine.  We share this from the heart, with the hope that it will enrich your life.

Through our workshops and courses, you will discover how to deepen the skill of listening to what you need to be healthy and vibrant, and how to honour this in your day-to-day life.
